What we collect

We collect the account details you provide, including your name and email address. We keep account-session information, Groat purchases and account activity so we can provide the service, maintain your balance and support your account.

When you use GroatSite Designer for an AI request, the selected website source files and your request are sent to GroatSite so the request can be processed. The app is designed to send only the files you select for that request; do not include personal, confidential or sensitive information in source files you choose to send.

How we use information

We use your information to operate GroatSite, authenticate your account, process payments, calculate and record Groat usage, respond to support messages, prevent abuse and improve service reliability.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive payment status and transaction references needed to credit Groats and keep records; we do not store full payment-card details.

Email messages are delivered through our email delivery provider. AI requests are processed using GroatSite-managed AI infrastructure. We do not ask customers to provide AI-provider credentials.

Retention and security

We retain account, payment and usage records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes and protect GroatSite. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask about the personal information associated with your account. You can also request help with correcting or deleting information where this is compatible with our legal, accounting and security obligations.
